I was craving Pho (Vietnamese Soup) and some spring rolls on my last night in Vail. Luckily the restaurant was located inside the Christie Lodge where I happened to be staying. I ordered take out service so I could eat it in my room. I was super lazy on my last day so I was glad I didn't have to dress up and go anywhere.
This was my first time ordering meatball pho (Bo Vien) which had pieces of meat, vermicelli noodles, white onion, and cilantro. The soup is served with a side of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapenos. I ordered the small serving which is more than enough for one person it was $8.50 if you wanted a large it would cost you $10.25. I would suggest the meatball Pho if you get freaked out by the rare pieces of meat that this soup is typically served with. I enjoyed it because the meat was easier to eat because the consistency is softer.
